Cooking Class at Amalfi Heaven Gardens
Learn the secrets of Italian cooking from local chefs in the terraced gardens of the stunning Amalfi Coast. Enjoy the intimate and friendly atmosphere of a small-group cooking class, taste typical local products and savor the dishes you’ve prepared.
Local Beach Clubs
Want to relax and soak up the Mediterranean sun? Then we recommend spending a few hours (or all day) at one of the Amalfi Coast’s numerous beach clubs! Rent beach loungers, enjoy some food and drinks, and soak in the sea. We recommend Mar di Cobalto in Amalfi for a great local option.
Shopping in Amalfi Town
Amalfi, Italy has many places to shop, including art galleries, gift shops, and specialty stores. You can also find handmade goods, such as paper, sandals, and ceramics.
Some of our favorites located in the town of Amalfi are:
Sandali Bellogrado: A family-owned business specializing in handmade sandals. Location: Via Pietro Capuano 33/35, Amalfi, Italy
V.L.D.A.: Bags and accessories crafted from genuine Italian leather. Location: Via Lorenzo D'Amalfi 12, Amalfi, Italy
Boat Tour
One of the best ways to see the true beauty of the Amalfi Coast is from the water! The stunning coastline reveals hidden coves, secluded beaches, and the iconic pastel-colored villages cascading down the cliffs.
We recommend booking boat rides on Airbnb. Make sure you book a boat ride departing from the Port of Amalfi for the most convenient option if you’re staying in Amalfi.
Go Hiking
Discover the Path of Lemons (Sentioro dei Limoni), which runs through Amalfi’s neighboring towns, Minori and Maiori. Walk up the stairs up the cliffs and through ancient lemon groves for the best views. See more information linked here.
Another option is the Path of the Gods, known to locals as the Sentiero Degli Dei, is the most famous hiking trail in all of the Amalfi Coast. It is a popular trail that runs from the village of Bomerano to the village of Nocelle, above Positano.
